This is a practical 1 day course designed to help your lubrication engineers to setup best lubrication practices for greasing bearings.

Most common failure mode of bearings are bad lubrication practices. Under- but especially over-lubrication will cause long term damage to a bearing causing shortening the lifetime & production stops.
大部分的軸承故障都與錯誤的潤滑油添加習慣有關；一部分的故障由潤滑油不足引致，但更大部分的故障卻是由過度添加潤滑油引致；這些故障都會使軸承的壽命大幅減少，更有可能使生產停頓。
