All visitors to UE Systems, Inc. on the World Wide Web (the “Site”) agree to the following terms and conditions. By virtue of accessing the Site, you indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions. UE Systems reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time and users are deemed to be apprised of and bound by any changes to these terms and conditions by virtue of using the Site.

The trademarks, logos, images and service marks (“Marks”) displayed on the Site are the property of UE Systems and/or other third parties. Users are prohibited from using any Marks without the written permission of UE Systems or such third party that may own the Marks. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, and creating derivative works of, any data, recommendations, opinions, information, statements, and other content on or obtained as a result of use of the Site (“Content”), except for the downloading of files so indicated and printing of those files for purposes of off-line review. All Content of the Site is protected by copyright.

UE Systems does not guarantee the suitability or potential value of any of the Content and has no obligation to update or revise the Content and UE Systems does not make any representations or warranties with regard to the results obtained from use of the Content. ALL CONTENT IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. Under no circumstance will UE Systems be liable for any loss or damage caused by a user’s reliance on Content obtained through the Site. It is the responsibility of the user to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or usefulness of any Content available through the Site. UE Systems specifically disclaims any liability (whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with access to or use of the Site or use of the Content, even if UE Systems has been advised of the possibility of such damages, including liability associated with any viruses which may infect a user’s computer equipment or damage software.

Use of the Site is not protected by or subject to any expectation or obligation of confidentiality.

UE Systems reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.

Access to and use of the Site and use of the Content is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. These terms and conditions and use of the Site shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of New York without reference to conflict of laws principles and user submits the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth of New York with respect to any dispute relating to use of the Site or Content.

「網頁」的存取、「內容」的使用均受聯邦法、洲際法、當地法律及管制所限；一旦發生任何有關「網頁」或「內容」使用的爭執，以上的使用條款、「網頁」的使用會被紐約聯邦法律所管轄，而不受任何法律衝突或紐約聯邦法律中的先例所影響。
